How It Works
Digital Call Button (QR-Code)

- Staff Receive an Alert: Alerts are sent to radios, mobile devices, paging systems, or phone systems.
- Customers can also receive a confirmation message and can be redirected to a web page.
- Microsoft Teams Integration: Digital Call Button alerts can be sent directly to Microsoft Teams channels.
Staff are instantly notified, and a team member can “claim” the request to ensure prompt service.
Physical Call Button
- Customer Presses the Button: Located on a display case, lock-up, fitting room, or counter.
- Signal is Sent: The button wirelessly transmits a signal to the store’s central receiver.
- Staff Receive an Alert: Team members are instantly notified on their radios, mobile devices, or whichever format you’ve chosen.
- Location is Provided: Each alert includes the location, allowing staff to respond quickly.
